Eat,Sleep,Dream...Baby Furniture!

Chris and I have been looking....looking...and LOOKING for baby furniture! We know that no matter the gender of the baby we want brown furniture.We are trying to figure out what pieces we will need, what we want, what will be used the most, etc. So many questions? Here is the "feel" of what we are looking for...

The HEART BEAT!

We saw the HEART BEAT! It was so precious. Chris was cracking me...he was looking at the screen SO hard trying to see it! I had already seen and started crying. Chris kept saying that it looked like the baby was holding a lasso or a balloon. It was so cute! Where the word "baby" is typed out on the picture...that is the head...and then it goes down to the rump. The next circle...NO IS NOT TWINS...it's the yolk sac...where here shortly that will become the placenta. The two light lines are where the baby is starting to put itself in the amniotic sack.

It was amazing to see and to know that is inside me...

Our Blueberry....

So this week I am 7 weeks. Here are some things that are developing in the baby this week:
- The brain has both of hemispheres.
- The nerve cells are developing at 100,000 a minute!!!
- The arms and legs are now growing.
- The tongue and teeth are now starting to come up.

The baby is the size of a blueberry, piece of rice, or marble!

I am feeling:

GREAT! I am really tired...so my bedtime here lately has been about 8:00! Which is very different for me...because I am a night owl! I haven't got sick...which is so nice! Which I do have to add...I haven't given myself any time to have a empty stomach to start to feel bad.:) I have kept crackers...grapes...breakfast bars...and of course some cookies close by to keep something on my belly! In the afternoons is when I start to feel kidda of poopy...I think it's because that is when I finally start to slow down and notice my belly feeling not so good. But thing key I found is to keep small snacks throughout the day...instead of 3 big meals!

My cravings:

I used to crave orange juice and Oreos. But this week I craved Texas Land and Cattle's steak soup, bread and butter! Oh my gracious my mouth is watering just thinking about it! Chris did take me to get that craving taken care of...probably because that is his favorite place to eat! Here the past couple days my craving has been shrimp egg rolls! LOL! So maybe here in the next couple days if this craving doesn't go away...Chris will take me out for some egg rolls! YUMMY!

My jeans:

Are now being "buttoned" by a rubber band! Which is hilarious...! I am not in my big girl pants yet, and I am walking almost every night! So I absolutely refuse to let myself go...just because I am preggo-my-ego! I hope I get my energy back a little bit more.

My Sprinkle....

So this week I am 6 weeks along...I have read that our little baby is 1\8 inch long or a size of a sprinkle! It is developing it eyes, ears, mouth...its arms and legs are beginning to "bud"! Another huge milestone this week...the heart starts to beat! It is still to small to hear...but you see it at week 6 on a sono! So cool!

This is so crazy...fun...exciting...

Yes....we are having a BABY....

No jokes this time...I promise! And I have proof!!!!!!!!!!!We are so excited we can hardly stand it!!!!!!

This is at my high school! The seniors did this last week to pump up the kids that were taking the TAKS test! Seriously....besides Poteet High School still being the best high school in Texas...this is so cool and how fun to do!!!!

Ladybug....

So I think I have told everyone the game that Ryder and I always play! We try to make animals with our hands. He do all kinds of animals....a horse....elephant....alligator.

Here we are doing the ladybug....it is so cute! He slides it across the table...almost like a worm....but it is ladybug!

And here is a animal we learned how to do....the bird!

ONE WORD = HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS...Lee says Payback is coming...what we are just having a science lesson?!?!?!
