Today 1 month ago...

Our life changed forever!!!

Our sweet Tinley Kay turns 1 month old today!!!

I can't believe it...this month has FLOWN by!!!

It has been full of the most sweetest times of my life...I have learned SO much...never knew how wonderful 3 hours of sleep could feel...really understand love at first sight...have fallen in love with Chris all over again...

I am trying to really soak in all these moments...I already wish it would slow down!!!

I Saw God Today...

The morning that our Tinley Kay was born...my Daddy leaned over and whispered to Chris and I..."I saw God today..." And about 30 seconds later, I losted it! I was a complete emotional mess! Then last week the song came on...and Chris sang it to Tinley and I.

So now everytime I hear this song...I have a total melt down.

Yep, making her Daddy a yummy surprise in her diaper! We laugh so hard when she makes this face...she doesn't hide what she is doing! LOL!

Our New Years

This is how our New Years went...
Fed our Little Miss...Took a cat nap...Our family came over to have dinner with us...Fed Tinley...Ate some brownies...Rocked Tinley to sleep...watched a movie with family...Fed Tinley again...family left...kissed Chris at midnight...went to sleep! This New Years was very different from our other New Years!

Tinley Kay was bringing in the New Year right!!!

This picture cracks me up....this is how it is with us...Chris has been BEAMING since December 20th, his smile is hilarious...it's from ear to ear. While I have been trying to be okay with a little crying...I just want to pick her up and love on that baby...especially with that cry...that is for sure a "I'm MAD cry!" The doctor had to tell me that crying is okay...it's good for them to cry a little. :)

Yes....it's already 2011...but my hands have been a little full...so HAPPY NEW YEAR, I hope everyone has a wonderful 2011!!!!

Tinley is for sure...

Surprise!

Tinley Kay LOVES bath time....which is so nice, because I heard that babies usually don't like it. I was surprised myself, because this baby DOES NOT like her diaper or clothes to be changed. So the first bath we gave her...I was trying to go quickly and get it over with. But in the first 5 minutes and there was no crying...we were surprised to find that she actually likes it!

She did so good during her bath...and her Daddy loves to snuggle with a clean baby!

PS...I love this look she has in this picture...this is the face she has when Chris is talking. It is so sweet...she gets SO still and just stares listening to his voice! I love it!

Yeah, Right!

Miss. Tinley has worn these PJ's twice...and will NEVER wear them again. I promise the nights she wears them...we are up ALL night! I didn't realize it...Chris is the one that noticed that the two times she had them on...it's 3:30 before our head is hitting the pillow. LOL!

She might have been super fussy these nights....but how cute is this face....!!!!!

Things I now love....

I love...

- The way Tinley looks at her Daddy...it melts my heart!

- That when she sleeps she sometimes smiles...probably because of gas or dreaming...but I like to think its because she is thinking about me...LOL

- Her smell

- The way her thick hair...already has a natural part...

- Her rolls on her sides

- These little fingers...I love when she holds my hand...

- I love these eyes...

- Her eyelashes...are so thin and when she is looking straight at you...they have some curl out to the side...I love that!

- Her nose...SO cute...I love when she is trying to go to sleep she lets me kiss her on her nose...then closes her eyes...its like she is waiting for it.

- Her little lips...

- Believe it or not...I love her cry...not her "I'm mad cry"...but her "I'm tired cry...and all she wants to do is cuddle to go to sleep.

- Her facial expressions...they already make me laugh!
