Montego Bay...

We were at sea for the first 2 days and then on Wednesday we hit up Montego Bay, Jamaica!

The driving reminded Chris and I of our honeymoon in the Bahamas. The people there drive so fast and crazy...well they do that in Jamaica too! Chris was wanting to get off the bus ASAP!

On the bus...which thank goodness had AC. Ready for a fun day in Montego Bay... We saw this fun wall...made me smile!The first stop was Dunn River Falls...yes I climbed the waterfall! Shhh...don't tell Dr. Ryder! Baby R and I did really good...the water pressure was pretty fast a couple times so I would just sit down and crawl if I needed to. It really wasn't that bad!Next, we did some more...WALKING! This is what it looked like...Chris way a head of me the whole time! LOL...again I was sucking air! Why is that? When you get prego your breathing changes!
We were walking to see sharks, dolphins, and stingrays!

The most interesting thing about this day was seeing and being SO CLOSE to a 7 foot shark! The dock was wet and slippery which made Chris SO nervous that I was on it...but it was so cool to see a shark so close without glass in between us!Then it was time for this Momma to eat...When we were standing in ANOTHER line to get back on the boat...some locals played some music...
First day...was great! I was asleep by 8:00 that night, but it was a great day!

Babymoon

Chris and I went on a babymoon a couple weeks ago...and had a BLAST! We of course TONS and TONS of pictures...so I will be breaking up the ports we went to in different days. But first here are pictures we took during the week on the ship!

We waited in lines...and then more lines...finally we got to get on the ship...

Chris was so excited about getting to go on the cruise...he walked me around the whole ship...I was so tired after we walked to the front and then the back of the ship...back to the front...all inside...back outside...I finally had to tell him we had to take a break!

The ship was huge!!! Here is the main entrance...

When we first got on the ship they didn't have the rooms ready...so after about 2 hours of walking and eating lunch on the ship...we finally got to see our room...

I relaxed and changed for the night...the sunsets were so beautiful...

They had movies in the evenings that you could come out on the deck and watch...

EVERY morning Chris got up and took pictures of the sunrise...it was pretty funny because the first few mornings he wasn't catching it in time...finally with getting up at 5:30!!!! He caught some beautiful shots... At night after we would come back to our room from dinner, there would be a towel animal waiting...it was fun to guess what animal we would have every night!

A monkey...

Mr. Frog...Mr. Bear...My favorite...Mr.Elephant...There was food on the ship for us to eat 24-7!!!! It was CRAZY all the buffets...night snacks...sit down dinners you could go to. Believe me when I say we did NOT go hungry on this trip.

Here is one of Chris's plates at dinner...yummy!Dinner was so much fun...we met some wonderful people there. (You sit by the same people all week, so you get to know them pretty well.) They were super sweet and so down to earth. And those are the people Chris and I love...so we hit it off with them.

Here is us at dinner one night...They have a couple "formal" nights at dinner during the week. Which Chris and I were not really sure what to expect because we had formal in college with being a KD and KA...but we weren't quite sure what to wear. So what any southern family would do...you just bring your Easter dress and outfit! :)

We had a blast! Oh...I know several people were worried...but I DID NOT get sick! Thank you JESUS...because I usually get sick driving in the car for more than 2 hours. I would take my medicine that the doctor said was okay in morning with breakfast...kept something on my belly throughout the day...kept drinking fluids...and DID GREAT!

It was wonderful to have a great BABYMOON!

Dimple Girl...

We went over to Mama T and Pop's house for a CELEBRATION for Jason! He graduated from TWU! We are all so proud of him, he has worked so hard! PS...Mama T and Pops are my second parents...not family by blood...but they are my everything! Jason is their oldest son...and this is his cutie pie daughter, Jayden. She is such a sweet heart...and check out her sweet little dimples! Jason better get ready...because Jayden is going to be a knock out! :)

Sweet baby girl...She loves the camera for sure...I love her eyes in this one...Such a big girl...Such a sweet dimple girl!...LOVE HER!

Dino Unit

A couple of weeks ago...in my classroom we did a dinosaur unit! We researched different kinds of dinosaurs and then the groups drew pictures of the ones they learned about. They were too cute not to share. :)

So cute...Here is Mr. Stegosaurus...Then...Big Daddy T.Rex! Yes...it's PURPLE!I love these babies...I will for sure miss them!

How the Mama is...

I am doing great! I haven't been sick at all! Thank you JESUS! I have a friend who got sick everyday...and had to carry around a trash can all day at work! I am walking everyday...if it's not with the dogs and Chris...some of my students walk with me during recess. Which I do have to say goes by fast because they TALK my ear off!!! LOL!!!! I am still having to use the rubber band for my jeans but I haven't started the Bella Bands....YET!!!! Some cravings I have had this week is...MILK...MILK...and more MILK! I have drank milk with EVERYTHING! Last night Chris surprised me with dinner (and flowers!)...which was steak...and I drank a big glass of MILK with it! He had to go buy another gallon last night...because I have gone through it since Friday; when we did our grocery run! I read this week that the baby is the size of: a large grape, a larger raspberry, a kidney bean, or Eva Longoria's wedding diamond! OMG...I also read that pre-pregnancy your uterus is the size of a small plum; mine right now at week 8 is the size of a large grapefruit! Besides how I hate grapefruit and my momma could eat it everyday...that is so crazy for me to think about! I read that my uterus is starting to grow and move things around...including my pelvis. So maybe that is why...my bo-bo starts to ache some after I walk. :) Oh well...I will SO take a sore bo-bo than holding a trash can with me everywhere!

How the baby is...

The baby is developing:
- It's heart into 4 distinct chambers.
- Breathing tubes extend from its throat to the branches of its developing lungs.
- Nerve cells in the brain.
- The baby has a face this week!
- The nose, lips, tongue, and teeth are all present this week.
- The eyelids start to cover the eyes.
- The bones start to harden...and elbow\knee joints start to form.
- The baby starts to MOVE this week!
