This angel is 17 months!!!!

Tinley....

 - is saying no, milk, dog, Bubba, Mama, DaDa, Shoe, Jesus (comes out /th/), Bye, Hi, Up, Thank, ball.

 - is signing more, milk, water, please, thank you, no, please.

- is working on the sign yes and sleep.

- knows where her eyes, nose, mouth, teeth, hair, belly button is.

- now is trying to dress herself. It is funny to watch her focusing so hard to put a sock on!

- is a bookworm! I think I can say the same ladybug book in my head at night.

- is learning to say Cheese and smile!

- loves to work with puzzles.

- is NOT shy...just like her Daddy...never meets a stranger.

- is already a girlie girl...she loves jewelry...below in the picture is the bracelets she would NOT take off!

- is a outside girl!

- has started to throw pity parties when she doesn't get her way.

- is trying to see what she can get by with...scary it is already here!

- is running from her Daddy and I when she has something she is not suppose to.

- now has 3 freckles...yes I count them...one under her eye, on her left middle finger, and on her belly.

- is 28 pounds and 30 inches.

- still has her leg rolls...which are so yummy.

- is going through some separation anxiety from her Mommy AND Daddy.

- is so much fun!

Features I love...

Some of my favorite times to just sit and watch Tinley is when she is sleeping. I love to just sit and look her little features over.

These eye lashes...I love how they naturally are curled and wave out! I wish I had them! They are just beautiful.

 This nose...which I love because it is mine...I remember seeing this nose on my 3D sono when I was pregnant and now seeing it everyday... ::sigh::...I absolutely LOVE.

Those lips...just so perfect...and pink.

I love this little girl so much...I literally feel so thankful and grateful so deep down in my heart. 

A feeling I have never felt before...until we had our Tinley. 

New Word!

Tinley has a new word...we caught it on camera!

Such a sweet voice...we love it!

No Hurry

My new anthem is this song by Zac Brown Band: No Hurry.

It is a great song...and what I feeling right now. I am in no hurry...Tinley and I were running late but I stopped to dance right  there next to the car. My goal is to stop and just take in these moments. I am in no hurry...no hurry for my little girl to grow up...no hurry to do anything different than what I am doing right now. Loving my family. Loving my husband, and all he is. Loving my daughter. Loving being a mommy.

16 Months...

Tinley Kay Ann is 16 months!

SHE...

signs bite, water, please, milk, more, and finished.

calls Nemo...Mo.

loves to dance to country music.

loves bananas.

Mac and Cheese with Baked Beans is her supper of choice.

sleeps with her Baby.

loves to wrestle with her Daddy.

can point to her ear, hair, nose, eye, and bellybutton.

loves working on puzzles.

is an outside girl.

gives kisses and hugs to everyone.

now knows who Teague is...she calls him Bubba.

can unlock our cell phones.

loves to read about dogs.

runs from us when she has something she knows she shouldn't have.

can now have her hair pig tails.

can throw and roll a ball.

loves to color.

wants to hold the remote...wonder where she gets that from.

likes to brush Mommy and Daddy's hair.

trys to feed her baby.

is our joy everyday.

Mommy and Daddy love you more and more everyday baby girl.

Outside Girl

Tinley is such an outside girl. She wants to go outside when we let the dogs out...when we go anywhere she never wants to come inside...wants to always go with Chris to get the mail...we cannot open the door without Tinley fussing at us to go outside.

We spent the whole day outside...she came in to take a nap...that's it!

 Chris was pulling some weeds...so Tinley thought she was doing the same job pulling some grass...she catches onto EVERYTHING!

Swimming Lessons!

Chris does night time routine with Tinley every evening. A couple nights ago I heard a lot of splashing and laughing in the bathroom, so I decided to go in and see what was going on. Chris had put Tinley's life jacket on, filled the bathtub up to almost the very top, and had Tinley "swimming". At first she wasn't too sure about it...but got used to it and had a blast. Chris and I had several belly laughs that night...of course I grabbed the camera! Chris is such a good Daddy and Tinley is such a good sport.

My Big Girl

Over Easter...yes, I know I am behind...LOL. We have been busy! Anyway...over Easter we did our first experience with dying eggs. It was a lot of fun.

Tinley really got in to and loved picking the colors...

 Of course we had to color our leg....

 Then it was off to Memaw and Papaws for our traditional Easter egg hunt...

 Tinley and I had been practicing the past few weeks....yes...Practicing!!!

 With our practice we did...she finally understood to put the eggs in her basket...not to pic them up and then throw them back down...so she did a great job!...

 I remember last year...Tinley was not walking or talking...so this year was so much fun watching my big girl into hunting eggs...

We had so much fun this Easter! 

Beautiful.

We took a field trip to some bluebonnets yesterday. We were all ready...I sprayed some Off on us...last year it was NOT fun taking pictures because of the bugs...so I was glad I remembered...then we were off to go see the flowers. 

Tinley was really curious about them...at first. :)

 Of course they are not flowers...they are dogs...or her new word, Mo...which is Nemo! LOL. Precious.

 Everything goes in our mouth...so why not bluebonnets...

 Trying to walk around...not really sure about it though...with the tall and thick grass it wasn't going as easily as she thought...

 Was ready to go...but Mommy wanted a couple more pictures...

I could feel a meltdown coming on...so I decided to start walking back to the car. My fussy girl...walking all the way back to the car was signing...finished...Finished...FINISHED! All the way back to the car...while fussing at me for not picking her up...



Yep...here it comes...

 Here. Okay...okay...okay...Mommy will come and pick you up!
